Travel plays a big part in Vic’s world. Different cultures, food, experiences and people influence many aspects of the artwork he produces. In 2011 on a trip to Thailand, Vic began journaling his travels, from the food he ate, to the places visited and everything in between. Short sound bites hand written alongside illustrations.
This was the first of many over the years that have now become a memory catalogue that can be referred to at any time. From Malaysia to Malta, Sweden to Singapore, Japan to Jersey, these journals have become a source of enjoyment, practise and experiences.
